If you wish to file a complaint against an employee of the Department of Public Safety, we are committed to providing you with the opportunity and assistance to document your complaint. It's important to note that all information related to complaints may be subject to public disclosure. You can file a complaint in person, in writing, or over the telephone. Our department's primary office is located at 1320 Middleton Street, Orangeburg, SC 29115, and you can contact us to file a complaint at (803) 533-4104.
All complaints are treated seriously and will be documented and investigated in accordance with Department Policy #26.2.4. We encourage open and transparent communication and strive to address concerns in a fair and professional manner. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continually work to improve our services to the community.
